This policy explains what information Soccer Punch ("the game", "we", "us") collects, how it is used and the choices you have. Contact: contact@soccer-punch.com.

Playing offline

Exhibition matches, career mode and local split-screen work without signing in. Your progress is saved on your own device and is not sent to us.

Playing online

Online play uses Epic Online Services (EOS). When you sign in to play online, the following is processed:

• Account identifiers. Your Epic Account ID or EOS product user ID and your display name, so other players can see you in lobbies.
• Friends and presence. Your Epic friends list and online status, used to show which friends are playing and to send and receive invites.
• Lobby and match data. Lobby settings, your team, ready state and the robots you bring into a match.
• Connection data. Online matches are peer-to-peer, with one player hosting. To connect you, your IP address and network information are shared with the other players in the match, through Epic's relay where needed.
• Technical data. Game version and platform, used to match you only with players on the same build.

We do not sell personal information, and the game does not collect payment details.

Epic Online Services

Sign-in, friends, presence, lobbies and peer-to-peer networking are provided by Epic Games. Epic processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at epicgames.com/site/privacypolicy.

This website

soccer-punch.com does not use cookies or analytics. The web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. The gameplay video is loaded from YouTube only when you press play; YouTube then processes data under Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep data

Web server logs are deleted after 14 days. Online play data held by Epic is kept according to Epic's policy. If you contact us, we keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it is processed. Email contact@soccer-punch.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, or the minimum age in your country, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell players in the game.
